MISSION

Enhance Your Chance (EYC) Community Development Center empowers individuals and transforms communities across the globe through evidence-based programs in education and workforce development, youth development, family and community support, health and wellness, community enrichment, and seasonal community services. Our integrated approach addresses systemic barriers while building individual capacity, community resilience, and pathways to economic mobility. Through data-driven interventions and strategic partnerships, we equip community members with measurable skills and sustainable support systems that generate lasting positive outcomes, not only in Riverview, Florida, and the surrounding Tampa Bay region, but in underserved communities worldwide.
